The school strongly believes in continuous professional development and capacity building of teachers to ensure quality education and effective classroom practices. During the academic session, teachers actively participated in various Capacity Building Programmes, workshops, webinars, and training sessions organized by CBSE, Centres of Excellence, DIKSHA platform, and other reputed educational agencies. The teachers attended both online and offline training programmes focusing on various important aspects of modern education and professional development. The major training programmes and workshops attended by the teachers included: Happy Classrooms Value Education Promoting Mental Health and Wellness Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Classrooms Skill Education Stress Management Competency-Based Education and Experiential Learning Classroom Management and Inclusive Education Assessment Practices and Integration of Technology in Teaching-Learning Processes Through the DIKSHA portal, teachers also successfully completed several online courses and self-paced learning modules to upgrade their pedagogical skills and professional competencies. Regular in-house orientations and collaborative sessions were also conducted in the school to promote innovative teaching methodologies, peer learning, and reflective practices among educators. These initiatives have enriched the teaching-learning process and strengthened the school’s commitment towards holistic and student-centric education in accordance with CBSE guidelines and NEP 2020.
