Scholars Public School, Jadla organised an impactful rally to promote the importance of cleanliness in our community. With vibrant banners and thought provoking placards, they passionately spread the message of maintaining a clean environment.
To engage and educate the villagers our students performed a Nukkad Natak, creatively illustrating the significance of cleanliness in our daily lives. This lively performance aimed to inspire everyone to take action towards a cleaner community.
Additionally our 11th graders participated in Shram Daan, dedicating their efforts to clean and beautify the community park,making it a more enjoyable space for all.
We also set up a selfie point and created informative posters to encourage ongoing awareness and participation in this vital initiative.

We are delighted to announce the extraordinary accomplishment of our talented student, Sukhman Kaur,grade 10 student who triumphed at the National Dance Competition organized by “Kisme Kitna Hai Dum” in Dhuri,District Sangrur.
Competing against 20 remarkable dancers from Punjab Haryana, Himachal Pardesh,and even Nepal, Sukhman showcased her exceptional skills and artistry, ultimately securing the first position. She brought the vibrant spirit of Punjab to life with her captivating Gidda performance, showcasing our rich culture .Mr Varun Bansal Producer and organizer of KKHD,honored her with prestigious trophy and a cash prize of rs 5000.

We had the privilege of hosting a transformative Teachers’ training workshop on Strategic planning and effective curriculum implementation .Led by the esteemed Mr Vikram jeet Singh from Ratnasagar, the session provided invaluable insights and practical strategies for enhancing our teaching methods.
Teachers engaged in dynamic discussions, exploring innovative approaches to curriculum delivery that can better engage and inspire our students. The workshop not only aimed to strengthen our educational framework but also fostered a collaborative spirit among educators.

*Teachers Training Session on effective class room management*
We organized two days comprehensive Teachers training session focused on effective class room management strategies.Mr Vivek Kumar, Regional Educational Coach-North India,ftom Exceed took the session. This initiative aimed to equip our educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance teaching practices foster a conducive learning environment.
The session began with an overview of the NEP, which emphasizes holistic education, critical thinking, and the importance of integrating technology in the class rooms. Educators engaged in discussions about the policy’s key components and how they can be implemented in daily teaching methodologies that align with the NEP’s vision for a more student centered approach to education.
Following the NEP discussions, the focus shifted to class room management techniques.. Teachers learned practical strategies for managing diverse learning styles and behaviors, fostering collaboration among students, and promoting positive class room dynamics. Role playing scenarios and group activities allowed educators to practice these techniques in a supportive setting.
The training not only reinforced the commitment to continuous professional development but also highlighted the importance of adaptability in meeting the needs of today’s learners.
Overall ,this training session was a significant step towards enhancing our educational practices in alignment with the NEP. Swaachhata Pakhwara ,dedicated to promote cleanliness and hygiene, was celebrated in our school with a series of impactful activities. The initiative aimed to instill a sense of responsibility among students and staff regarding maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
During the school assembly and class assembly, a cleanliness pledge was taken by the students and staff. This pledge emphasized the commitment to maintaining a clean environment both with in and outside the school premises.
The collective commitment was intended to foster a strong sense of responsibility.
Teachers delivered speech on the importance of cleanliness and hygiene. The session covered the broader impact of cleanliness on health and well-being.
A hand wash campaign was conducted to teach students the importance of hand hygiene. The activity involved a demonstration of proper hand washing techniques, which was followed by students. to raise the awareness about the environmental impact of plastic and promote sustainable alternative, informational sessions were conducted to encourage the use of Eco friendly materials and discourage to use plastic.
Role plays, videos and poster making have made this more impactful. As part of hygiene initiative, students’ personal hygiene was monitored. This included checks on nail trimming . Videos demonstrating various aspects of personal hygiene such as handwashing, dental care ,bathing and eating were shown to students. Students participated in role plays that depicted scenarios related to personal and environmental hygiene, enhancing their practical understanding
A comprehensive cleanliness drive was executed involving students and staff focusing on litter collection and taking out weeds from the ground, to maintain a clean and hygienic school environment.
Overall Swaachhata Pakhwara provided a valuable opportunity to instill life long habits of cleanliness and environmental stewardship in students.

𝐀 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐮𝐧 Today Scholars Public School ,Jadla , conducted Social Studies Inter-house Quiz competition (class 6th to 8th). The event saw enthusiastic participation from all houses, showcasing impressive knowledge and quick thinking.
Quiz competition seeks to motivate students to go beyond textual comprehension and relate theory to real world applications of their studies. They also enhance meaningful knowledge retention by igniting interest and placing theoretical subjects in a real-world perspective.
Students competed in various rounds, testing their skills on historical facts, geography and cultural awareness. The competition was not only a fantastic learning experience but also a great way to foster school spirit and camaraderie among houses.

*Empowering Teachers with Provident Fund Knowledge* Scholars Public School had the distinct honour of hosting a comprehensive workshop for the teachers focusing on the various benefits and facilities offered by the EPFO,Jalandhar. Informative session was conducted by representatives from the Employees Provident Fund Organisation ,Jalandhar, aimed at enhancing educators understanding of their Provident fund entitlements and services. The session was attended by the representatives of different organizations of District SBS Nagar and our school staff.

Mr Pardeep Kumar, Enforcement Officer along with Advocate Mr Mahesh Arora then took the floor ,providing an in-depth overview of the provident fund and the services available to employees.

Provident fund account management:The EPFO representative explained how employees can manage their PF accounts online through the EPFO member portal (Umang)
This includes checking accounts balance, downloading pass books and tracking contributions.
*Contribution and interest rates*
Information was provided on the mandatory contributions made by both employers and employees, as well as the interest rates provided on the Provident fund balances.
*Withdrawal and Advances*
The workshop detailed the procedure and eligibility criteria for partial withdrawal and advances from the provident fund for specific needs such as medical emergencies or education.
*Pension Benefits*
Participants learnt about the pension scheme associated with the provident fund, including the benefits upon retirement or in case of disability.
*Grievance Redressal*
The officers discussed the process for addressing grievances resolving issues related to PF accounts, emphasizing the importance of maintaining accurate records and prompt communication with the PF office

Attendees were introduced to various digital tools and services provide by EPFO,such as the EPFO app and online claim submission designed to streamline processes and enhance accessibility

The session included a Q&A segment where teachers raised their questions about specific issues and scenarios related to their provident fund accounts.
